In 60 seconds get as many GHD sit-ups as possible following the correct standards.
To get many reps in 60s you need to be both powerful and enduring. This is a good blend test.
Males touch floor and then the sides of the feet pads. That is one rep.
Females touch a pad 15cm off the floor and then the sides of the feet pads. That is one rep.
