Utförande
Females: Put a 24 inch / 60cm box to the wall and flip so it becomes 20 inches/ 50cm high and 20 inches/ 50cm from the wall.
Males: Put a 20 inch / 50cm box to the wall and flip it so it becomes 24 inches/ 60cm high and 24 inches / 60cm from the wall.
Walk back n forth on the wall side of the box. The rep starts when both your hands are inside the box side and counts when you have walked past the wall and both your hands are inside the other box side.
This procedure ensures that you train to walk in a pike position and challenges your mobility, strength, and endurance.
